Life Esteem offers a variety of one-to-three day workshops designed to teach the communication tools and
techniques necessary for enhancing your self-esteem and, thereby, the
quality of your personal and professional life.

A team is more than just a group of people working together. Learn the elements of an effective team and how your team can work together for a common purpose with mutual trust and respect.
Learn to identify your time "strengths" and "weaknesses" and how to relieve your "time-stress".
